Registration

Once the payment is paid, the registration is binding.

Participant's Responsibility

Participants must book their own flights after Stian and Lina have recommended a specific route. If choosing a different route, participants must ensure they arrive at the specified location at the time indicated in Stian and Lina's ticket proposal. We advise against purchasing tickets before the route suggestion is provided. Stian and Lina are not responsible for incorrect route choices. Participants must provide Stian and Lina with necessary information such as address, email address, phone number, and emergency contact.

Price and Payment

The phototrip is payable upon registration, through our website. The payment for this trip is from 1900 to 2060 euros and is non-refundable.

You can also choose to pay a deposit of 600 euros and it’s non-refundable. The final invoice (1300 to 1460 euros) will be sent 3 months before departure.

Once the final invoice and the totalt amount is paid, no refunds are given for arising situations. In case of illness or accidents, including those involving close family, travel insurance usually covers this. If registration occurs close to departure, within 2-3 months, the full amount is due immediately.

Cancellation

Stian and Lina reserve the right to cancel a trip if there are too few participants, but not after flight time information has been sent out. The trip can be canceled in case of unexpected situations at the destination, such as natural disasters or war, even if flight tickets have been purchased. Stian and Lina are not liable for compensation in such cases.

Withdrawal

Cancellations must be made in writing. No costs are incurred for cancellations before the deposit is paid. For cancellations after the deposit is paid and before the final invoice is paid, the deposit is forfeited. After the final invoice is paid, no refunds are given for cancellations.

Travel Insurance and Cancellation Protection

Stian and Lina advise participants to take out travel insurance. Cancellation protection is also recommended in case a situation arises that requires you to cancel the trip.

Health

Participants must be in good general health to join our trips. Participants with health issues or special dietary needs must inform Stian and Lina before the trip. Many of our destinations have limited access to medical care. Stian and Lina are not responsible for any medical issues that may arise during the trip. Any evacuation, hospital expenses, etc., must be covered by the participant through their travel insurance.

Price Changes

Stian and Lina reserve the right to increase the price of the trip due to changes in transportation and hotel costs, taxes, customs duties, or exchange rates. Price changes will be communicated before the final invoice is sent out.

Shared Double Room

Booking a trip includes a shared double room in the price. However, participants who have booked a double room must be prepared to pay a single room supplement if no roommate is available. The single room supplement is specified in the tour description. If applicable, Stian and Lina will inform you of this before the final payment request is sent out.

Flight Changes and Delays

Stian and Lina are not financially responsible for changes in flight times or cancellations that lead to extra hotel nights, additional transport, etc.
